How Does Our Career Counselling Work?
If you take a look at the number of programs we run, their course curriculum and the skills they impart – you may feel a little exhausted. Hence, even if you have decided to pursue a certain career track, we start your enrolment process with a Career Counselling session.
In this initial session, you get to interact with our career counselling expert team. This team constitutes of people who have themselves worked in the industry, have a background in healthcare or have been responsible for interfacing with the industry. They begin the process by assessing your profile before you begin the program. This analysis includes a deep look at your academic and professional background. Followed by this, we make a map of the skills and talents you possess, along with your long-term and short-term career goals. Finally, we create a career-map for you, that determines the certificates, licenses and courses to achieve the specific professional goal you possess.
The counselling is not limited to one session. Once we have a clear idea about your career roadmap, you will have consistent counselling sessions as you progress in the course.
